Responsiblities : 




  • Able to do Cashier & Credit Card Report.

  • To do Reconciliation. 

  • To assist in HR documentation.  



Requirements : 




  • Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Building Operation Manager

Responsiblities : 




  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of apartment and its staff. 

  • Ensuring financial viability, and facilitate a smooth-running maintenance service, whilst ensuring staff work together as a team. 

  • To supervise maintenance, supplies and furnishings of the Apartments. 



Requirements : 




  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Construction or equivalent. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
