Responsibilities : 




  • To Ensure All Commercial Tenant Switch Off their Power Supply before Closing their Shop. 

  • Complies with All relevant Companies Policies & Procedures. 

  • Any Other Duties & Responsibilities as may be Assigned from Time to Time by the Management.                                                                                         



Requirements : 




  • Possessed at least SPM.       

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in industry. 

  • Able to start work immediately.

Public Attendant ( 2 Position )

Responsibilities : 




  • Clean and service assigned areas, which include public restrooms, lobby area, vending area etc. 

  • Flexibility to work various shift, including weekend and PH. 

  • Strong and good stamina to work heavy duty based on job function. 



Requirements : 




  • Possessed at least SPM. 

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the hotel industry. 

  • Able to start work immediately.

Building Operation Manager

Responsibilities :




  • Ensuring financial viability and facilitate a smooth-running maintenance service, whilst ensuring staff work together as a team.

  • Ensuring the security is effective in the building and surrounding.

  • Ensuring all compliance with licensing laws, health & safety and other statutory regulations.



Requirements : 




  • Degree / Master or equivalent.     

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in industry.
